question about AAA

If I was to book a package through AAA for Jan., and Disney was to come out with free dining offer, what do I do? Do I cancel and book with Disney travel? Is there a cancelation charge? What kind of deposit does AAA require? Any info would be very helpfull. Thanks, Melissa

Just go to your TA and they should be able to add dining for you.
A package booked through AAA requires 200.00 deposit with the balance paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. Booking a package with Disney works the same.
You can cancel up to 45 days without penalty, up to 6 days 100.00 cancellation fee, 200.00 fee within 5 days.
If you book room only through Disney, you can still get your AAA discount and can cancel up to 5 days of arrival without penalty. You also only pay first night room deposit and the remainder is paid upon checkin.

If Disney offered free dining again are they (AAA) able to automatically make the change to the existing reservation?

I've read that some have had this done for them, but don't know for sure. I think it depends on your TA. If they do offer free dining again, I would call and ask. TA's should know it's being offered, but can't depend on them doing something without you asking.
