I was just wondering, what is the House of Horrors? I heard it was a Haunted House walk through maze. Is this true? What happens inside? How long does it take to make it to the end? Is it ok to take a little kid on? (12 y.o.)

Thanks!

It is a walk through attraction. There are 'live' people inside who will jump out at you, lots of blood and gore etc.... Personally I would not take my 11 1/2 year old son into this for fear of nightmares for life! I also didn't enjoy it either.. I was more interested in finding the exit about one minute into it. Now if you like the blood/gore/Halloween gross stuff you will love this. Can't remember how long it took to get out but I would guess about 5 - 10 minutes...

Is it really dark inside? Or is the lighting comfortable? Is it really scary? Or not too bad?

Is the attraction located on the upper or lower lot?

And, is this a one time of year attraction, or is it here to stay for a long time?

This attraction is located right as you enter the park on the left side (well you do have to pass te shops on the left first) Most of it is dark tough not pitch dark. The lighting is comfortable but for me it is the unexpected and the 'characters' that jump out at your or move when you think they are nt real.

This is one attraction that I think I'll sit out. I hate it when people startle me. :scared:

When I rode Tower of Terror at WDW, one of the CMs just casually leaned into my face from a dark corner she was standing, and I about had a heart-attack. I didn't know I could scream like that! :lmao:

My 17yo son will probably love this attraction though, so he can go through it with his 27yo brother.
