Question about a short visit

My friend at work is planning a trip for the week of Memorial Day. They're renting a house in Siesta Key for the week and then thinking of driving to Disney. If they drive up on let's say a Tuesday morning, if they already booked a room at an All Star resort, for that day and checking out the next day, if they decide to go to another park on check out day, do they still get benefits that day even though they're checking out. Also, perks wouldn't start for them until they actually check in, correct?

When we stay at a Disney resort we are able to use all the resort amenities up until 11:59 pm check out day. We could use the pool, any left over credits from the dining plan, If we had concierge level for a resort we could stay all day on check out day if we wanted, and we could use the bus system to go to any park we wanted. What sort of perks are you talking about? Like EMH?

I am note sure what you mean by benefits? Yes they will be able to attend EMH that first night and the next morning and will be able to book FP+ 60 days out for those two days (pending of course they already have tickets). Busses and other transportation are free for everyone.

The "real" on-site perks are from Universal where you get their express pass and such. Disney has too many rooms to have a program like that.
