Question about a Savannah Bed & Breakfast

Hi all! I am staying at the Savannah B&B for Spring Break.
Can anyone give me any input on this??

I haven't stayed there, but I've spent several long weekends in Savannah and feel like I have a pretty good feel for the town. Based on the location of that b&b, I doubt you'll have a terrible time finding parking, though I think it's strange that they just leave you to do it on your own without providing a parking lot or valet. But, I've never had a problem parking in Savannah, even if I've had to walk a little bit to get to my location. The nice thing is that once you park your car, you really don't ever need to get in it again because it's an easy walking city. Although I can't tell from the website how the meter thing works. Will you be required to move your car around when the meter expires? I'd call the place and ask!!

Also, I'd be worried that any b&b in Savannah is haunted!
