and do I paste it directly onto my siggie or into the Image or Media box? I've done it before but I don't know why it's now working now....

I wonder whether the magicalkingdoms.com site isn't working? I don't see how it could work if the only code is http://www.magicalkingdoms.com/timers/tickers/.png with nothing specific to your ticker. I just made one at http://wdwfans.com/tickers/ that worked.

Duh, I should have looked closer at that URL. ".../.png"? Of course, there ought to be something after the "/" but before ".png".
