Question about $200 Disney Rewards from Chase

I know someone here will know this answer. My husband signed up for the $200 offer with Chase. We rec'd the first bill but there was no Disney Rewards listed. Do they take a month to update to the acct.? Thanks in advance...

I'd call them. I got mine when I used the card for the first time.

It also reflected on the on-line website before it reflected on the paper statement.
