No roasting pan large enough to cook a turkey-the largest item you can cook in is a 9" x 13" glass baking dish. I would get one of the foil ones from the grocery store.

We didn't even have sharp knives, I had to call and request some. They brought them right up. No Pizza cutter either. Not sure if one is suppose to be there.
