Question About 15% CP Discount - Epcot

We will be arriving at the world on Thursday. Does anyone
know if the 15% discount that can be used at Epcot from
purchasing the CP Package have any restrictions (other than
valid for that day only)?

I would like to purchase the interactive 100th Birthday
Celebration pins at Epcot on this day using the 15% discount.
I also need to know will they carry all 5 interactive pins
or just the Epcot one. Which store would have the pins.

It seems to me that the discount will apply to the pins. I can't answer the question about where to buy the pins. We don't leave until later this week.

I believe so. There is a restriction on certain merchandise items.
Click on the link in the above post and some of the known previous
years restricted merchandise not subject to the 15% discount
are listed. This list may or may not be the same this year. Hope
this information will be handed to us with our CP package. I plan
on picking mine up at the resort.

I was able to use the 15% discount on pins last year. The stuff excluded is mainly the expensive collectable items like hummels, swarovski, etc. I bought an expensive crystal angel for my mother in Germany and they allowed it since it wasn't one of the big names.

I have my badge here from the 11/23 show. This is what it says on the back about the merchandise discount.

Merchandise disocunt is not available on the following: Disney ticket media, gift certs, DD, food items, film tobacco, sundries, periodicals, alcoholic products, silk rugs, Mikimoto Pearls, Liadro, Armani, Hummel, Goebel, Shiseido Productds, Artman Artists, Swarvoski Crystal and Gift Wear Suite, Millennium Limited Editions, Walt Disney Classic Collection, Rubio Artists, Automated Artists, Special Editions and Limited Editions.

As for the pins...they are sold everywhere!
