Question: 20% off merchandise from a quick service location

Greetings,

Does anyone know if Disney release the 20% off this year if you eat at some quick dining locations?

I've been looking on the internet and could not find any info. We ate at Katsura Grill yesterday and didn't see any either.

Any thoughts?
