Quest. re: fast pass between parks

Are they linked between parks or just within one park?
For example, If I go to Soarin at 11:00 at DCA and got a ticket for 4:00pm that night (as an example), am I able to go into DL and get additional fast passes? Or, if Space Mountain is really busy, if I get FP for late at night and then go over to DCA, will I be held up on getting the fast pass for over there?

No, they're not linked....Both of your scenarios would work.

Additionally, as of right now, GRR in DCA and Roger Rabbit in DL are also not linked so you could hold one for each of these as well.

Yeah, you can have a FASTPASS in each park.

Back in the day of Muppet's having FP they weren't linked either.

It used to be that attractions with FASTPASS not on the edge of the parks weren't linked.
