Query re disco8nt on booked rooms

Hi, can you help me with a query please? We will be booking our room at 12-13 months out to secure the dates for our wedding. Someone told me that if there was a discount for the rooms at a later date we could phone Disney and they would apply the discount even thought the rooms were already booked?

Generally- yes. If the resort and room type are available under the code they will apply it to an existing reservation. The only problem would be if there were limited rooms available with a code and it did not match yours.(ie: code is only good for garden view at the POLY and you booked lagoon view). You would however, be given the option of switching.

You would need to stay on top of it and call them. Disney is not into helping you save money. If you are using a travel agent you may need to keep on top of him/her. THe sooner you call with a code the more likely to have it be available to your room type. Mousesavers.com is a great place to check starting about 3 months before your trip.
