Does anyone know when Disney publish offer prices for April? historically

Hoping to book for 2 nights for April 12th to 14th 2016 at Grand Floridian

Worry not.... Deluxe's will be discounted a good 30%, moderates about 20%, cheapies will get free dining.... AND a bit of a discount . WDW, despite rumors to the contrary, knows that "rack" is a Market Myth. They just need to post rack to lure in the un-informed - sometimes, it works .
