Queen size or 2 twin size beds??

So, we have 2 Naviagtor's Verandah suites for our upcoming cruise. Obviously, DH & I want our bed made up as a queen size bed, but our 2 grown sons (6'1" & 6'3") will need 2 separate beds. How do they separate the beds? or will they make up the couch into a bed for one of them? Do we let them know ahead of time how we want the rooms - or just let the host(ess) know when we arrive at the room?

you can tell the room host/hostess to make the queen into 2 twins or just to fix the sofa into a bed - noproblem either way

Whe I cruised with a friend we had the room hostess make up the sofa into a bed. It was very comfortable. She said it would be more comfy for us that way...and she was right. That is what I would do again...
