We had que jumping once on our trip in November, it was a group of teenage french boys on Buzz. I stopped them 
as they tried to push past us, I just said "hey, wait your turn" they all started yelling at me that they don't speak english etc. " so I said stop in french" and they just stopped going on then, but that was the only time, well except for character meet and greets when there wasn't a roped off line, we would wait our turn and others just seemed to push in front regularly. But in saying that, we saw a bit of que jumping at WDW too, so I think you get it anywhere.
As for pushing, we had a horrendous experience waiting for afternoon tea at Lucky Nugget. When the doors opened it was a mob push towards the door, it was quite scary at the front, paricularly for children, there were a few families around us and we were all talking about how ridiculous it was and some were being pushed into the doors as everyone behind was pushing so hard, but that we were near the door so once inside it was ok.
But I don't think there is any more pushing in line than there is anywhere else. You will always get someone who just doesn't seem to want to wait their turn and tries to get infront. The trick is just to spread out and try to block their path, or just let them by, karma will get them. We had one man with a child who did it at WDW at Animal Kingdom, only he left his wife and other child further behind. He slowly weezled his way so far ahead, but I can't remember what it was, but something happened (I think his child needed to go to the toilet) he ended up even further back than had he just waited his turn.
