Quality Suites?

Has anyone stayed at Quality Suites prior to the cruise? We have stayed at the Radisson in the past because they seemed to be the only area hotel offering both free parking and shuttle - Quality Suites now does the same. We got a rate of $99 for January 16th - 510 square foot two room suite, comp breakfast/parking/shuttle - same owners as Radisson and it is oceanside.
