We just got back yesterday from a 5 night trip to Orlando. We stayed at Quality Suites Universal and that was a big mistake. The suites were tiny and the stairwells leading to the rooms were dirty and smelly. It rained the last night we were there and the stairwell flooded at the exit probably about 4-5 inches of water. I booked my vacation through my local travel agent and it was through US Airways. I would not recomend booking most of your vacation through a travel agent I learned the hard way. I paid about $100 a night for a lousy dirty hotel. The only up side was the free breakfast buffet which was ok but not enough to make up for the rest. So now I have to get a letter written to my travel agent and hope that us airways will compensate me for the bad hote. If anyone has any experience with this sort of thing please let me know how it turned out for you.
