Quality Inn behind Fairfield

Hey there,

I have recently booked to stay 6 nights in October at the Quality Inn that's tucked behind the Fairfield hotel. Does anyone know if this is a good or bad place to stay? I have heard from some that Quality Inn's don't always have the best reputations.

We plan to spend all of our time at the parks, except to sleep and shower, so the size doesn't matter. Just as long as it is clean, and hopefully bug free.

My wife and I stay at that hotel most every time we go. In fact, we will be there from 04/17-04/24, 2010. We like it because its a short 15 minute walk from room to the front gate and we have gotten some great rates there ($40 per night tax incl.). That is the main selling point for us. We have gone to DL 6 times in the last 12 months and saving $ on hotel allows for more discretionary spending.

As for the question of how clean is it, that depends. Some of the rooms there are better than others but we have never found bugs or the like. The TV's are old school but we are there for the park. We just need a bed to get us from one day to the next. The rooms that we have stayed in are very small. If you are traveling with kids it may get a little cramped.
