Quality Inn Beach Resort-Clearwater Beach?

Has anyone ever stayed here? Is the beach OK for small children?

We stay there every time we go to Clearwater. It was renovated a few years ago and is very nice. All the rooms have a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Also, all rooms have a balcony which gives you a waterview, whether you are on the front or side of the building. There is an IHOP restaurant that is open 24 hrs which is connected to the hotel. Also, there is a Tiki Bar and small food court downstairs by the pool. The beach is beautiful white sand and they put out chaise lounge chairs every morning with canopies over them. You are near the inlet, but the water is quite calm and certainly OK for kids. It is very shallow for a ways from the shore. I think you will be pleased staying there.
