I will be staying there this weekend. Any tips about the hotel? I'm thinking it maybe a little further then Hojo.

Hope it's ok for you. There have been some issues there in the past, with some of our posters here. It's not really farther than HoJo, it's kind of behind the Camelot and the Carousel on Harbor, before you get to HoJo. Here's a map: http://www.geocities.com/ashpsyche/DisneylandLinkMap.html

If you want to look at some reviews, you can go to tripadvisor.com and put in the name of the hotel (Quality Inn and Suites, Anaheim), and it will show you lots of reviews.

I thought there were some issues, I looked on tripadvisor.com and the reviews are mainly good until you get to July 08, then there are some negatives. One reviewer mentioned there are fences so you have to walk down and around to get to Dland.

Thanks for the link.

There are fences so you have to walk around towards the HoJos & then to the street.

The landscaping is nice, and rooms are typical motel rooms. Be sure to ask for a room that is away from the traffic noise.

Thank you Mary Jo, that's what I was thinking that I would have to go down by Hojo to get to DLand. I was kind of hoping this hotel was closer.

I don't think I can switch rooms once its been assigned, I'm chaperoning DDs high school band trip and have to stay near their rooms, but I will bring ear plugs. That was the only thing that I didn't like about Hojo was the traffic noise kept me up.

We were there last March. It was nice, but basic. The rooms were a little small, but it had a nice sized fridge which I liked. You do have to walk towards HOJOs, but I personally did not think the walk was that bad at all. We had a room in the middle, and were not bothered by noise at all. It is close to the freeway, which really concerned me when we got out of the car. I had this thought of "oh no, we will never sleep" but when we got in the room it really wasn't an issue.

Have a great trip! :thumbsup2
