I am considering doing this while we are at my daughter's cheer competitions
at Wide World of sports ESPN. My question is has anyone use their dining plan over there? What is there to eat? Is there menus anywhere?
Also, are there plenty of drink stations to use your mug to fill up with drinks? Is there a list of where these are?

I can only address the mug question as I have not been to the ESPN WWoS, but mugs are only good at your hotel for your current stay. You cannot fill them anywhere else on property.

For some reason I thought you could fill them up in the parks. I thought it had changed since I was last there. Glad you clarified that.

No, you can't fill the mugs at the parks, just your resort.

According to the 2012 DDP pdf, you can use a CS at the WWoS Grill.
