We have the Qsdp, if we decide to lets say have one buffet meal in the Crystal Palace which is Table service can we pay the extra in cash.

You could pay for the table service out of pocket. You can not use a QS for a TS meal or towards one.

Nope. You can't use a QS credit to redeem for a TS meal.
