QS sides question

I was wondering what exactly is included in a quick service meal. Example do you get a sandwich fries desert and drink or is it without the fries?

It depends. If the menu item includes sides, then the QS meal comes with them. If the sides have a separate price point, then normally the QS meal does not include them.

Fries are included only if they come with the entree. No separate sides.

Most children's meals are the entree and drink, and they get to pick two sides from the kids menu. Dessert items can be selected as one (or both) of these sides - they don't get a separate dessert.

When you look at the menu at a CS restaurant, the entree comes with everything that is listed in the description of that entree. If you don't care for a particular side that is included you can ask if they will switch it with a side that's included in the description of another entree. If there are separate sides with separate price points (usually listed farther down on the menu) those cannot be used as a substitution, but you can, however, usually purchase it with a snack credit.
