my wife and I scored the free QS deal on our upcoming trip. To save money for other things, we are just gonna eat QS. What are some “can’t miss” QS options? TIA

Definitely check out the Daily Poutine kiosk down in Disney Springs. It hits the spot for a quick bite.

If you're looking at a full meal, perhaps hop over to one of the quick service options in the Disney resorts. I went to POFQ's one and they have lots of great items like their gumbo and jambalaya. Not to mention big legs of chicken.

And those Mickey ice cream sandwiches...

Columbia Harbor House - Magic Kingdom
Regal Eagle - Epcot
Ronto Roasters - Hollywood Studios
Satuli' Canteen and Flame Tree Barbecue - Animal Kingdom
Polite Pig and D-Luxe Burger - Disney Springs
Sassagoula Floatworks or Trail's End - Resort QS worth the trip

I think Satu'li Canteen is the best QS in any park for sure, so definitely hit that. Docking Bay 7 has some good choices in HS, or ABC Commissary is good. Epcot - well, there's so much at Epcot! Sunshine Seasons is good. Good snacks at Les Halles or Kringla. MK is kinda rough, but Columbia Harbor House is typically the safest bet.

Agree with Columbia harbor house in MK (sit upstairs by a window) docking bay in HS and Satuli in Ak. That herb sauce is amazing. Soooo good. Flametree bbq is great in AK too. Epcot has a million great options. Fish and chips in UK are really good and huge portion. In Japan Katsura grill is good and the location is beautiful. Regal Eagle is really good too. La Cantina in mexicos good too. Don’t recommend the Lotus blossom in China, it’s like bad mall Chinese food. In MK Casey’s is good too if you like hotdogs. I think you can use snack credits on the food at the festival booths in Epcot too, which is a good usage of them.

Satuili Canteen and Docking Bay 7 are two of my favorites. We enjoy the quick service in the Mexico pavilion and a bonus at lunchtime you can go in the back/side door of the restaurant (La Hacienda) and eat in air conditioning. If you're resort hopping, Primo Piatto at the Riviera resort is great.

I think value has a few parameters ...

~ the price of the food to get the most dollar bang for it
~ the refillable drink stations are a real plus
~ the menu has to be a value (ie. while Docking Bay has the value when it comes to cost, it does not have refillable drinks and our family has not enjoyed any meal we tried there so no menu value for us)

The Pizza from Connections in Epcot is as close to a real pizza meal as you're gonna get without paying table service
All of the food at Connections is a step up from comparable like items at other QS AND it is served on real plates with real silverware which is nice AND it is refillable drinks. Makes it a great value for credits.

Refillable soft drinks are a huge plus for QS dining! That's another reason that Satu'li reigns supreme. A few others have it too, but most don't.

I do like Docking Bay compared to most stuff at HS, though the only thing I have had that really blew me away was the falafel. It was quite good!

I actually have yet to try Connections - Epcot has so many good choices and favorites that I never get around to it.

MK - Columbia Harbor House or Casey's Corner
Epcot - Katsura Grill, La Cantina de San Angel, Regal Eagle
Studios - Docking Bay 7, Ronto Roasters, and Woody's Lunchbox
AK - Satuli Canteen
Disney Springs - Morimoto Asia Street Food, Polite Pig, Chicken Guy
Resorts - Trail's End, Gasparilla Island Grill, Capt. Cook's, Roaring Fork, Sassagoula Floatworks

Being able to get another drink while eating (with ice control) and then a drink to go is a HUGE plus for us!

We have ended up at Connections because hungry hit when we were on that side of the park. To us it is the best option. Other than a dessert I tried (rare occasion) we have been happy with everything we have gotten. If on other side of park we usually end up at Regal Eagle. Again refillable drinks with huge portions of some good food items. We've tried about every QS in WS and overall they are disappointing. Few weeks ago we ate the Morocco QS (found out Spice Road is closed for lunch) and it was very good. Sad the menu is more limited than it used to be but still a great meal.

I always find myself hitting the food booths when at Epcot. I really should give Connections a try though. I hear Regal Eagle is good, but I live in barbecue country so, I dunno. It will be smelling right though!
