QS only / no TS reservations

Im trying to simplify our next trip scheduled for March 17-23 at AOA with no TS, QS only. We've (DH, DD11, DS5) done a lot of character meals in the past (CRT, Bog, OH, 1900, CM, MBB, TR) If I book one TS meal which one would you highly recommend?
