QS Drinks on DDP

I have read that some TS locations will let you get smoothies, etc. as a beverage on the DDP, but what about the QS locations? For example, can you get Agua Fresca or a Jarrito at La Cantina de San Angel, or a frozen fruit drink at Tangierine Cafe with the DDP?

The only place I can comment on is Tangeriene Cafe...we did get the frozen drink with our meal on the dining plan.

We were able to get the Jarrito at Cantina last fall.
