If I remember correctly, the Pop food court has an omlette station during breakfast hours. They also have combinations that include eggs and bacon or sausage. I'm not sure about toast. You could purchase bread and toast it, or purchase a loaf and toast it in the food court beverage island.
The bakery area had a few types of sweet rolls--don't ask me what, I don't eat the things! *LOL* And I think they had croissants. The ones sold in France are better, though.
I haven't paid a lot of attention, as I'm not a big breakfast person. Usually I have a child's Mickey waffle combo and Pop! waffle once each visit. Otherwise, it's strictly a piece of fruit and some sort of carb (dinner roll, croissant, etc.).

They also have muffins in the bakery. Again, haven't paid much attention to them.
