I'm a bit confused and hoping someone can help me out. At the top of my QR page it says

10.76 1183 0
There is a $ sign in front of the 10.76 and some kind of symbol in front of the others. It was my understanding the points would convert automatically. So what the heck is the symbol in front of the 1183 and if it is ref points how do i convert them?

the ref points are crediting but not converting yet. They are still working the kinks out of the new site.
