What does this mean?
Do they want the final page after signup or the email confirmation?

He put a little blurb in the blog today about it. Its main use is for when you do an offer (like a cc offer) and its not crediting. You would click that and then put in your confirmation email or whatever you have for it so they could try and track down your credit.
