I did some shopping through QR waited several weeks in which it hadn't gone through. I then noticed that the shopping status is now "not paid". I emailed them asking why it was "not paid" but have not heard a response. Is it normal for them to not reply at all? I've never had a problem with them and am now wondering if I should email them again. I don't want to be a pest though. If I won't be getting my credit I would like to know why at least. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
With the potential of $200 back, I don't want to give up--but I think they want me to!
