QR - Referral Benefits?!

I have a couple of referrals on QR (just got them recently). I couldn't find on the site what the benefits here to referring members. Can anyone share?

I got 1 referral. My understanding is you get 10 percent of the offers. I know when my referral does offers because my amount goes up. It is NICE!!!! I do not know about if you get anything from their shopping. I doubt it.

The old QR gave 10% of offers. The new QR will give 5-10% (range varies) depending on if it is a click, offer, shopping or whatever it is.
