Sorry this is long...but I knew I needed to come back here to get some good advice.

Just found out last week that I am scheduled to be at a conference in Orlando on September 10. DH has said no more Orlando trips...but my ticket is paid for and we got him a great rate on a flight ($136)...So long story short...YEAH!!!

We are arriving at Disney on September 4th (Sat of Labor Day Wknd) and moving over to the HRH at Universal on the 10th (Fri) after the conference.

We wanted to try AKL (never been) and then move to either Swan (good rates...$139) or BCV studio ($209).

Questions are:
1. How long should we stay at AKL...2 nights or 3? I think it looks very relaxing and we love Boma and Jiko.

2. Where should we move to...Swan or BCVs? We really liked the BCVs when we stayed there and loved SAB. Have never stayed at the Swan.

3. If we do decide to stay at AKL for 3 nights and then BCVs or Swan for 3 nights...can we buy a 4 day UPH on our third day at AKL, stay at AKL that night then move over to the other hotel and have the UPH be valid for the next 3 days? Or do we have to stay at AKL for 2 nights, move over to the other hotel the next morning and buy it there? Or do you have to buy a 1 day UPH at AKL and then a 3 day UPH at the other hotel, which would end up being more expensive?

4. I have made most of the decisions regarding this trip relying on the assumption that the parks will be way too crowded on Sat & Sun of Labor Day Wknd...Correct? Am I correct that Monday may not be as bad? Any ideas of what to do on Sat & Sun if not going to the parks?

Many questions, I know....TIA, really appreciate it!!

Sometimes CMs will work with you when you are staying at two Disney resort hotels consecutively. But the best you could do would be to drop the first and/or last night. You can't drop the first two days.

Thanks Deb...I think I will call and talk to CRO and just see what they say. I was thinking that was the case and as such, we are currently booked for 2 nights at AKL and at BCV for 4 nights. I just wasn't sure that 2 nights at AKL was enough.
Thanks again!
