Q: How can you make fresh mules, and do gift a gift?

I have no mule, so I just create a new player when I need moolah on VMK. I tried to do it for the Gift a Gift event, but nothing. It just keeps coming up with weird things and not the drop down menu that we all know and love.

Can someone help me here?

I have figured it out! You can't do it until you have created a character in the game!
