Does anyone know if the steamed rice that comes with some entrees is considered the "side" at Lotus Blossom. Or will they allow me to get an egg roll? Plus, will they let me get the fruit cup as my dessert. My DDs love fruit.

I was thinking of using one voucher and then ordering one kids meal here. There are 4 of us. Dh has a normal appetite but the girls and I mostly just nibble.

The steamed rice isn't considered a side -- they will allow you to get a side of fried rice and an egg roll (egg rolls were being offered free with the entrees as part of a special promotion) plus the fruit cup. Be sure to show the girls there your voucher and they will completley explain all of your choices to you before you order. IMO, they were most helpful there (as far as the vouchers go), of all the restaurants in Epcot. We always stop here for one voucher meal and in Morocco too, so we're not too concerned about "filling up" at each stop because we know there will always be more.

Yes, I have noticed when using the Q&C's that it all depends on the people that work at the restaurants, some of them are nice and will give you whatever you want. For instance, we used one at CBR at the pizza place and they let my husband have a WHOLE pizza as his entree! I could not believe it! Then he got a side, drink and dessert as well!

At B&C they also let him get a frozen drink as his drink, plus still gave him his dessert!

Maybe it's because he is 6'2" and has big muscles...LOL
