Q About Will Call Tickets

Do I need to bring the confirmation that was emailed to me? It doesn't list it as being needed to pick up our tickets (says we need the card used for purchase, ID, and confirmation #), but the fact that it has a bar code on it is making me wonder. We don't own a printer so needing to print it out could be a bit of a pain.

You can just write it down on a piece of paper and take the Confirmation number, your ID, and the credit card that was used for purchase when you go to pick up your tickets.

If you have the tickets linked to your MDE by using the confirmation number and if you have MagicBands also linked to your MDE, you do not have to pick up your tickets.

I actually just showed a picture of the confirmation # on the screen last week, and that was good enough.

Oh good! Thanks! I was worried I was going to have to run around today trying to find somewhere I could get it printed. We're going tomorrow (decided yesterday! eek!) so no magic bands.

If you link a ticket to MDE and you don't have a magic band, how do you get FP's?

You book them through your MDE account and then tap the plastic ticket at the FP tapstiles. You don't need a MagicBand.

Do you get the plastic ticket at the will call window? We will be at MK on June 8th for one day and there won't be time to have tickets mailed and we are staying off site. No magic bands either.

Guest Relations or the Will Call booth if it is open. I've always seen it open but some report it isn't always open.
