I've seen on a few trip reports and other posts that people celebrate birthdays and anniversaries at the Disney restaurants with a special cake. I've also read a few where it's not even anywhere near that person's birthday and they get the cake done, I guess an un-birthday.
We will be in WDW about 3 weeks before our 6th anniversary, one time I called the Dining Res. line to make YET ANOTHER ADR change and the CM asked if we were celebrating anything and I said no. But now that I think about it, why not? I'm pretty sure we won't be doing much special, or at least not AS special as being in WDW, on our actual anniversary. So maybe I should go ahead and call and mention that I would like to surprise DH with something as an anniversary celebration?
But then again I kinda feel like if it's not REALLY your birthday or anniversary then all you are doing is just getting extra attention under false pretenses? **Not Bashing ANYONE who does the above, you are paying for it, it's all you!**Just not sure what to do.
Get the extra attention and make it our anniv. surprise or don't and just hope we end up doing something on our actual date. Like find a babysitter.
Any suggestions?
