Q. about turn down service

What time does Mousekeeping usually come by for turndown service?

We were told anywhere between 5:00pm and 7:30pm. We were always gone until at least 9pm so I can't say what time they really came. It sure is amazing how spoiled you can get (last year at BWV we were not able to get it and really missed it).

My favorite part of the turndown service is really the fact that they turn my lights on and the blinds are closed because they do that part for me so I don't have too.

Does anyone know if turndown can be request at All Star Music? The thought of having my pillow ready for my weary head at the end of a long day at the parks is really lovely! lol!


Edited to add: NEVERMIND! Just found my answer. Looks like it's just good at Deluxe resorts. Shoot

I'm only aware of turndown service being available at deluxe resorts.
