I bought Ridemax today and it says that for some rides when we get the fast passes we may need to return later then the designated FP window.

The program says that it should be fine and that Disney will allow u to use your FP even after the designated FP time has passed.

Is this correct info?! ive always gone in the window given and wouldnt want to miss out on a ride especially since this info pertains to bigger rides!

TIA!

Yes,this is "almost" always true.:)It is VERY,VERY rare for a same-day,after-window FASTPASS not to be honored.:)

If Disney started enforcing the fastpass "window" they would open up a real can of worms. It just wouldn't be worth the hassle and anger people would express when they are late for a fastpass window. Just think of the excuses one could come up with.

This is good to know! I just wanted to make sure.

I remember once i went a bit earlier (like 10 mins maybe) for a FP window for Test Track and I remember they refused to let us in so I was wondering if they were that strict with it after!

They are very strict about not allowing you in BEFORE your FP window opens or using a FP from a previous day, but instances where an "expired" FP issued the same day can't be used are few and far between.

We were at WDW last week. We had a great time! When we were at MK last Wednesday, I accumulated FP's for 4 attractions. They were for BTMR that expired at 11:30am, Splash Mountain that expired at 1:30pm, PhilharMagic that expired at 3:30pm, and Peter Pan that expired at 8:30pm. We left the park at about 4pm to go back to the resort. We went back to MK at about 8:30 and used all of those FP's in the space of about 45 minutes without any trouble at all. We did the same thing at all the parks for the entire 8 days that we were there.

We used Ridemax last September following this advice and were never turned away. No problems at all. You are going to save so much time waiting for attractions you will be astounded. :goodvibes Enjoy your trip!
