So I am looking at the WDW direct options for a 25 point add on.

I am looking for the longest contract without resale restrictions.

It appears that PVB may be the winner for SAP+ points.

235 per point with 2066 expiration (41 years)= 5.7 per year

Low dues (7.93)

What am I missing?

CCV has Poly beat by a long shot.

Bought a small CCV direct in April. (sold two small resale to pay for it)
CCV is our favorite WDW resort!
(We just stayed in a tower studio at RIV last weekend on the '24 points and booked CCV with '25 points )

Yes, I’m nearly certain that is the case. I think another one of those restrictions that apply only to “new” resorts but probably not PIT since it joined the existing association.

PIT is 25pt min. RIV is 50pt min regardless of member status
