PVB not as "Big" as I thought

Based on the 22-26 point per night guaranteed stated on the document on the orange county comptrollers site, 360 studios, 51 use weeks each:

say it comes out to 23 points since more are std view than lake view

23*360*(365-31) = 2.765 million points. VGF is 2.5 million, not much smaller.

The big thing is the Bungalows. Minimum point guarantee is 147

147*20*(365-31) = 981,960

About 25 percent of the points from the poly are from the bungalows, which compose just over 5 percent of the rooms.

I agree that the bungalows will account for just over a quarter of PVB's total points. At VGF, the six Grand Villas account for slightly less than one-eighth of VGF's total points.

My early estimate of PVB's total points is about 4,069,020, give or take 0.015%. The number of Lake View studios versus Standard View studios is not yet confirmed, so the numbers could swing a small amount one way or the other.
