Putting Tickets on Room Key

Hi,
I was wondering if we purchased tickets from an outside vendor and have them delivered to the hotel, can we have Disney put the tickets on our room key so we don't have to carry the tickets around? We'll be leaving in 2 days and I'll be ordering them today so I won't have time for them to mail it to us. Thanks for any input.

They won't put your tickets on your card. They only put passes on the cards that are bought when you check-in. You will have to carry both your resort card and your tickets. Sorry

RescueRanger is correct. They cannot do it even if you bought them from Disney themselves in advance. Only tickets sold at the resort (or UPH's advanced purcahsed) can be encoded onto the ID's now.

I have to dissagree, I have seen posts from people who have had their PH or PHP passes (not purchased at the resort) put on their room keys. I even believe I saw a post from someone who had multiple old room keys with some days left on them that had them combined onto 1 new key.

I've read in the past (at least 2 years ago) on these boards that they used to put passes on room keys if you asked.

Well, I've tried my hardest the last 3 Disney trip and all 3 times was told NO by the CM and the manager!

They will not put passes not bought at check in on the room key except for pre-purchased UMPs.

There's a very slight chance that there's an exception but I haven't read of any in quite some time.

I will be going in Spring Break and asked the CRO if I purchased advanced tickets from them a couple of weeks before that we would be able to put it on the room key at check-in. I hope she gave me the correct info because I hate carrying two items.

Are you talking about an advance purchase UPH? If you are, then yes you will get that on your resort ID. All UPH's get put on resort ID's since the ticket doesn't exist until you check in.

But if you are talking about any other Disney ticket, I am sorry to have to tell you she was wrong. The resorts stopped doing this when the advance purchase price ticket was created.
