Anyone have an idea of how to word your job description when working merchandise. please help!

you can say you're a sales rep. and then list what you do/did at the job

Depending on where you worked you could say how many stores you'd stock, maintain appearance, handle cash transactions. How you'd help guests with questions and such.

^pretty much agree with that. mine says something along the lines of "maintained visual display, cash handling, assist hundreds of guests daily while providing excellent guest service" ...or something along those lines

Think in terms of transferable skills such as service and responsibility. Mention anything you may have been specifically tasked with.

Mine includes:
"Consistently provided exceptional Guest service in a high volume retail environment"
"Served frequently as a partner or coach to incoming Cast Members" "Responsible for handling large volumes of cash in the money room"
