Putting a Facebook Video into a post

Can someone help me do this? I can't pull a video off of Facebook to add to my trip report. (it is my own video, I uploaded it with my phone). Is there a way to use the "embed" feature to get this video into my post? Or do I have to load the video onto my computer and then upload to Photobucket?

Any suggestions appreciated!
