It would need to be increased SIGNIFICANTLY. I would not hold my breath.Increased ROFR may help resale prices.
DVD is hurting because Aulani is on hold and BLT is almost sold out. In a effort to increase revenue, they have now decided to push the older resorts to existing members.

During 2011, DVD has successfully increased the price/pt with the feared dropoff in sales volume.

Selling to existing owners is less expensive than selling to new owners---the marketing costs per unit sold are much lower. This is just more of the same.
