Taking guesses on what attraction Disney World will eliminate next. No need to ask what they will replace it with since the answer is nothing.

If I were Divine, I would start finding better hiding places.

:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2: Don't forget about Bamboo.

Push was there on my last visit on August. Did they announce that it was being eliminated? I didn't see that anywhere.

Unfortunately, having been to Disney as a child and every year for the last 9 years with my family has not helped me figure out who the Ziti Sisters are. Maybe that is why they are no longer there. I'll have to research it an see what I missed.:(

Well...I hear there are branches falling off the Tree of Life...

Yeti is on disability...

Wouldn't be surprised to find Animal Kingdom slashed and burned next.

Just sayin...

don't see that happening yet Disney is pouring to much money into it right now.

The Ziti Sisters are female performers in the Italy pavilion of World Showcase who entertain and interact with guests. They are all dressed in red. They really are fun!

Branches are falling off the Tree of Life?

Where did you hear this?

I believe it was over on the strategy forum about 1 to 2 weeks ago. They were discussing how some trails around the tree were closed and mentioned that branches were falling off. I don't have access to the link right now, but I'll dig it up for you later and post.

They better not do anything in regards to removing DiVine. She is a staple of AK.
You'd think they could just create their own versions of all of this stuff to avoid ever losing them.

that's why I find push weird because he seemed pretty original for Disney. People like divine you can see similar ones at state fairs and other theme parks.

The JAMMitors at Epcot might get tossed out on their.....cans.

The last few times we were at the AK I didn't see the acrobats, I guess they are gone as well?

Hopefully they don't ever get rid of him at Port Orleans, he is liked so much.:thumbsup2

I feel like the little things at the resorts are different from those in the parks and are kept more often than not.

I'd imagine any remaining 3rd party contractors working as entertainers will be feeling very nervous right now.

It does seem that Disney is intent on getting rid of all these contractors. First was most of the DJ's at PI, then fairly big and costly acts like four for a dollar. Now they seem to be targeting anyone that are left.

It seems to me that a lot of the "replacements" are much more related to current Disney branding, and probably employed directly by Disney?

I wonder...

Years ago Disney got rid of the great marching band in Epcot. Weren't they Disney employees? They also got rid of the The Hitmen (who I really liked) around the same time. The Hitmen might have been contractors.
