Purple flying carpet chair question

I won a purple flying carpet chair in the Host quest tonight. My question is, what is it? Is it quest, is it beta? Was it once a buyable? I looked in the retired furniture post and did a search of the board but couldn't figure out what it is/where it came from. I'm not trading it, but I'm curious where it came from and figured this would be the better forum for this thread. Thanks!

Is this Disneyland you're talking about? I did the quests in WDW (before Thrill Seeker came out), and this wasn't included. It's not the dark one that looks like the one in the Aladdin movie; it's more of a lavendar color.

I believe this is the chair you are speaking of? More of a lavender color but is called purple.

It is from the in-park Adventureland quest. Sounds like you didn't receive it when you did the quest in WDW. Seems I have heard people comment that you want to know what you should be getting, so you can check when you get the cards.

Yep, PurpleDuck, that's the chair. Thanks for the info! Is that the quest you had to do a tour for, though? All they had when I went in March was the Fantasyland scratch off and the Frontierland scratch off (the latter of which I got both Frontierland and Adventureland themed quest cards for), plus the Tomorrowland sheet you had to print out and bring with you.

In the middle of March I believe is when they stopped the Adventureland Quest. So that is why you did not receive it in your package. Congratulations on winning in the Staff Game.

I was told the reason why they stopped the Adventurland quest at WDW is that there is a POTC question and since it's closed for the addition of Jack Sparrow, they had to stop the quest.
