At our best guess we'll be arriving in the late afternoon / early evening on our arrival day (driving so timing is unknown). We're staying at BCV and figured we'd just head over to the "back door" entrance of Epcot for the evening after we check in to find some dinner etc. - we have a Will Call number for our new AP's that we need to pick up and I want to buy the TIW card - can all of this be done at this back entrance to Epcot or do I need to re-think our plans?? TIA

You should be fine. I upgraded our tickets to APs and purchased the TIW card at guest relations at the "back door" of Epcot last Nov.

Thanks :thumbsup2 hoping that the line will be short so we can get started with our vacation!!

At the International Gateway, Guest Relations is the booth to the far left. The others are regular Ticket Windows which don't sell the TiW card.

Good - Thanks - we haven't been to WDW for over a year now and I'm in full planning mode - but all this planning is driving me CRAZY and it's WAAAY too time consuming. I HATE having to decide who, what, when & where so far in advance. And I keep making plans to be sure I've got something booked then changing my mind after I chew it over and then I have to cancel and re-arrange. It's maddening that you have to plan your ADR's first before you can do your FP+'s or else you may not have time to eat or whatever. My DH would prefer we plan NOTHING but I'm too much of an OCD not to have any plans. I so enjoyed going to DL last summer instead because it doesn't require so much darned planning!! I miss the old FP's. :(

I agree that it is a lot of work! I too change my mind constantly! Its all in good fun and once we get there, all the planning seems worth it!! Have fun planning!!

Yes. We just did this. Just be prepared for a line. We got there around 7:30 and there was quite a line with only one person working. Took about 20-30 minutes and it was torture knowing we were so close to Epcot and couldn't get in!

We experienced the same thing. We had to wait forever! It was very frustrating.
