Purchasing tickets ?

I have always purchased tickets through a package with my resort. Now that I will be staying at BWV I need to figure out the best way to get our MYW tickets.

Do I need to call MS and purchase tickets through them or do I just purchase tickets online.

I want my tickets to be linked to my room key.

I will also call for DDP before I arrive so that I can take advantage of that plan as well.

We will be in disney for 10 days and will want a 10 day MYW w/ park hopper. That ticket usually runs around $280 or so each. Would it be better to get an annual pass? I hear that there is a discount for dvc members.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With the DVC Discount, the annual pass comes to $334 each + tax. I don't know how much the child's ticket is.

I would say it's a personal decision. I know someone on here will tell you the "break even" point (number of days) for the annual pass. I don't know how often you go to WDW. If you can get 2 or more trips (or plan your trip for a week earlier next year), then it may be worth it.

This year we have 3 trips planned (March, June, and Dec./Jan) so we did get the annual pass. Usually, we only go to the park 3-4 days in a 7 day trip so we've been buying the 10 day park hoppers with no expiration which we can use for a few years.

Also- we've always just bought our tickets online at the regular Disney site. The annual pass we bought through the link on the DVC website.

We have always just picked them up will-call at our resort.

If you decide against the annual pass, you can buy your 10 day tickets right at the concierge desk in the BW lobby and have it put on your room keys.

If you do not do the annual passes I highly recommend using undercovertourist.com If you sign up at mousesavers.com for their newsletter you will get a link to discounted tickets. Right now you can get a 10day hopper pass for $264.95 adult $226.95 child. That is tax and shipping included.
