Purchasing resale through Disney

Does anyone know much Disney charges when they sell contracts for older resorts that they've taken in the rofr process?

Just to clarify for others, No matter what resort is bought, when you buy from Disney, it is not resale, It is simply a direct purchase at a sold out resort,

If you buy at least 100 points, you would be eligible for blue card benefits, if you don’t already have them. Those points would also be eligible to book all resorts.

Resale is when it is bought from a current owner and comes with restrictions. .

but do consider buying re-sale before purchasing direct from Disney, so much cheaper but either way, you won't regret it. Good luck

We did the opposite. We bought direct from Disney and are now looking into buying resale. We only bought 100 AKV direct in May 2019 but we booked a trip and need 50 more points and so we added on 25 more direct again in September. I am not sure, but I thought the purchase price was $176/pt-could be completely wrong on that. We are looking into BCV and CC. BCV for Food & Wine visits and CC because we love WL.

The only regrets we have are : we didn't buy sooner and we only have 125 points to play with. It will probably be next year before we will buy resale but I stalk resale sites daily

Prices went up $10 in October on sold our resorts.

I have 2 x 200 point RESALE contracts for BLT
I have 1 x 155 point DIRECT contract for BLT

The 155 point contract allows me to stay at resorts such as RVA and any new resort.
