Purchasing MNSSHP Tickets and Will Call option

Hi,

If I select the 'Will Call' option when purchasing MNSSHP tickets (to avoid the mailing charges and risk of them getting lost in the mail), where exactly do you pick up the tickets? Are there multiple locations? And will be spending a long time in line?

Are you purchasing them online? If so, can you choose the "print at home" option. That's what I did and it was very easy. Now I have my tickets in a folder with all my other trip info and when I get to Disney I'll have them on hand at check in and assuming they will be added to out magicbands (though as soon as I made the purchase online I went to MDE and the tickets were there I just needed to assign them to the correct people - very easy I must say).

Yes, would be purchasing online. Yesterday I kept seeing errors so couldn't get further to see any options, but was told of the 'Will Call' option to avoid mailing charges. Didn't realize you could print them too.
 

I hear ya!!! I have done it all different ways....got the actual ticket in the mail (no extra charge), printed it out at home, and will call. Just did will call yesterday. I hate the thought of misplacing the darn things...so heading to Guest Services at any of the parks, or just the ticket booths, and getting them is no big deal. I have seldom waited in line for more than 5 mins. Be sure to bring your ID, the credit card you purchased them with, as well as a print out of your confirmation.
 
How are you ordering online?? The link appears on the page, then when I click it I get a Stitch error page that says he ate the page. :/
 
I'm having an issue with the website today as well. I bought my MNSSHP passes yesterday morning though.
 
I bought mine yesterday, over the phone DVC. Did anyone get an email confirmation? Also, the girl that picked up, snail slow, did not give me a choice of how I wanted to get my tickets, she took it upon herself to have me do will call.... on Halloween. The line will be forever long. I will have to call and see if they can mail them to me.
 
Was just able to order mine and standard shipping was free. The site must be back up!
 
The link to print them online also comes in the confirmation email.

We printed them online, for some reason it doesn't feel like a real ticket to me! :rotfl: (they linked to my magic bands as soon as I purchased them, but I still want the tickets in hand)
 
Thank you all. Just bought tickets :hmghost:, and did the print at home. The email sends them in a pdf file...which is good so I don't misplace the printouts between now and October. I also see them in my MDE page as well (not sure why time says 12am, but date and family members are correct so not worried)
