Purchasing DVC and Annual Dues January 15th

I am back in the purchasing mode since my first one did not pass ROFR. For you resale buyer veterans, does the annual dues coming due in January date approaching effect owners putting their contract up for sale? At this point, should I be patient before making another offer? Ironically I am afraid to make a great deal for me thinking that I might be a two time ROFR loser.

At this point I think most people who will sell because of dues will already have advertised. Just keep going something will work eventually.

Owners have received their accounting of dues for the next year but not the tax bill yet. My guess is that we will see a slight increase in resales after the bills come out.
